This classic vintage single-level cottage is just steps from the beach and is the front, fully detached unit of a triplex. Decorated, complete with 3 flat-screen TVs, fireplace, fully-stocked kitchen, and bathroom with shower stall. Large brick patio on the "walk street" with spectacular views of the water. Parking for 1 car in the shared garage (some longer vehicles like trucks and minivans do not fit; please inquire).
